We work with our customers to understand their business requirements and processes, negotiate strong software and services contracts, and select and implement technology solutions. We offer our expertise through fixed term, hourly, and project-based engagements.
Tom Mitchell
Founder & Managing Partner
Tom has been providing high value, complex business solutions for Fortune 500 companies and multinational corporations in North America and Asia for 20+ years. As Managing Partner of FocusPath, he is responsible for the overall vision and growth of the company in addition to overseeing day-to-day operations. Under his leadership, FocusPath is on track to establishing its presence as a premier technology consulting services provider in the western United States.
Prior to founding FocusPath, Tom held IT leadership positions with Caesars Entertainment and Las Vegas Sands Corporation. Before relocating to Las Vegas in 2016, he spent seven years living in Asia where he built and managed business analysis and engagement teams for multinational companies including Las Vegas Sands and BHP Billiton.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.
